BASIC LESSON

Designed to improve a players game on a fundamental level. This is a way to learn shot shapes, disc selection and throwing techniques. This lesson is best for players looking to define their throwing form and create good habits that will translate to the course.

The lessons are focused on helping Beginner and Intermediate players.

Fieldwork Lessons start at 60 minutes and can be extended as needed.

Basic Lesson Includes:

$75/hour of personalized private coaching.

Throwing tips and drills.

Specific disc recommendations.
